The Crossley Heath School is proud of our origins as an orphanage and school, keeping our founding spirit of philanthropy and commitment to social mobility alive for students of all backgrounds across our community. We are an inclusive school family, building on our proud heritage to champion the students of today to become the leaders of tomorrow.

Our students are the most wonderful part of our school and developing both their academic achievement and strength of character matters dearly to us. Our staff members are truly valued and opportunities for professional career development abound. We have wellbeing at the heart of all we do and as staff we enjoy time together and we support each other. Our staff:

· Are supported by an additional Crossley Heath non-contact period on top of their PPA allocation as a thank you for all they do for our students.

· Take the opportunity to lead a wealth of extra-curricular activities over our extended 50 minute lunchtime.

· Experience school trips at home and abroad during term time as we believe these are the most memorable moments of schooling.

· Are supported by a wellbeing champion and strong, close communication with our leaders.

· Enjoy wellbeing initiatives like weekly celebrations of our star staff, vying to win the Head Teacher's car parking space each week, plus weekly clubs and sport for staff.
