Values and vision
De La Salle College aims to provide all students with a broad and balanced learning curriculum to inspire them to achieve their full academic, personal, social and spiritual potential. The school encourages all students to become independent learners and offers extensive extra-curricular activities for them to get involved in and develop their existing skills, discover new interests and gain new experiences outside the classroom. These include sports teams, music lessons and art class. Students also participate in local and regional competitions, representing their school community. The Christian faith is at the heart of the school and students develop their own understanding and spiritual awareness throughout their time in education. Students are nurtured as confident, caring, supportive, responsible and respectful members of society and are taught of the importance of valuing each other as equals, regardless of their differences. Pupils are taught the importance of giving back to others and are developed as active and caring global citizens.
