It is my pleasure to welcome you to Harriers Banbury Academy.  It is our mission to provide a school that will allow all of our pupils to thrive in a culture of high expectations and respect, where we all believe and achieve our full potential.

Our dedicated staff are passionate about pupils’ learning and provide a welcoming environment and an engaging curriculum, which challenges all of our pupils to achieve their best.  Fostering a great partnership with parents and carers is extremely important to us and we want you to be actively involved in your child’s education.

The world we live in is constantly evolving and we can only predict what part our children will play in it when they leave school or higher education.  Therefore, at Harriers Banbury Academy, we are committed to developing responsible members of the community who are prepared for the next stage of their education and eventually for the real world.

We expect our children to work hard, look smart and respect each other.  Our pupils, who are polite, hard working and friendly, tell us they love their lessons, enjoy school and are proud to be part of our Academy.

Finally, and most importantly, primary school should be fun and our pupils leave with happy memories that last for a lifetime.
