William Byrd Primary Academy

I am very proud to be Head of our wonderful school and have the privilege of working with a dedicated and talented team of staff,
hard-working and engaging pupils and supportive and proud parents.

Our 5 ‘Guiding Powers’ are our core values and underpin daily life here at William Byrd: Kindness and Respect, Resilience, Curiosity and Readiness to Learn, Cooperation and Aspiration.

Based in Harlington, we are a happy, busy three-form entry primary school set in expansive, leafy grounds. We converted to Academy status in September 2017 and are part of the Middlesex Learning Partnership family. We are proud to work alongside our new primary and secondary partners, Belmore Primary Academy and Barnhill Community High, to ensure the highest standards of education and academic achievement for all. The Trust motto is ‘Together, achieving our very best’ which represents our sense of community, collaboration and aspiration.
