We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Teaching Assistant to join this dedicated team.
Our children would welcome a Teaching Assistant who will nurture their potential, encourage aspiration and maximise their enthusiasm and willingness to learn. The successful applicant will be passionate about transforming the lives of children and bring with them an abundance of enthusiasm which can encourage engagement and commitment from our pupils. Whilst experience is not necessary, you must have a good standard of literacy, be adaptable and willing to be involved in all aspects of school life, have a calm manner and be able to work as part of a team.

Abbey Woods caters for approximately 200 pupils, aged 3 to 11. It is situated in beautiful and spacious grounds which the children enjoy in both their learning and leisure time. The school is made up of eight classes. It is school policy to try to ensure that class sizes do not exceed 30 pupils. All classes are well resourced to provide a high-quality curriculum for every pupil.
