Admissions Coordinator

We are seeking an organised and proactive Admissions Coordinator to support the admissions for our Initial Teacher Education (ITE) programme for the North and East region. Your support will be crucial to our leadership team and other regional colleagues, who are responsible for the planning, execution, and administration of our Initial Teacher Education provision.

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for an organised and proactive Admissions Coordinator to support the admissions for our Initial Teacher Education (ITE) programme for the North and East team.

We are currently in start-up mode, so your support will be crucial to our leadership team and other regional colleagues, who are responsible for the planning, execution, and administration of our Initial Teacher Education provision.

About The Role

To succeed, you’ll be a seasoned administrator, with the skills and experience to hit the ground running. Naturally, you’ll be adept in the use of MS Office software packages, such as Word, Excel and Outlook. You’ll also have the people skills to communicate sensitively with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders.

Ideally, you’ll have some understanding of, or interest in, Teacher Training and the education sector. It would also be helpful if you’ve had exposure to events management, and education programme planning - particularly within a national organisation with multiple regional offices.

This is a flexible, hybrid role with a mixture of days in the office and at home, and you’ll need to be available in-person, dependent on organisation priorities.

The office is at our Doncaster Campus, the address is Tenter Balk Lane, Adwick le Street, Doncaster, DN6 7EQ. This role will also involve travelling to other sites within the North and East Region which will include Redcar and Nottingham.
