Admissions Officer

Full Time (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm)

January 2025 Start

We have an exciting opportunity for an Admissions Officer, to join our College and become an integral part of the front office team.

The right candidate would have excellent communication skills and work ethic, is a team player and the ability to use initiative when dealing with problems.  Previous office administration work is desirable, preferably within the education sector.  A working knowledge of iSAMS is an advantage, although training and support will be provided.

We are looking for someone:-

  • To lead the admissions process
  • To provide a professional, efficient and effective administrative support function for the College, including front of house duties
  • To support the Office Manager and Attendance/Welfare Officer
  • To support the Marketing Lead with tasks to actively promote the College.
  • To be responsible for ensuring college systems (iSAMS) are kept up to date, accurate and regularly monitored.
