Role Overview:

As an Arabic Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a robust Arabic curriculum, ensuring alignment with the UAE Ministry of Education standards, and fostering linguistic and cultural appreciation. You will collaborate with colleagues to create a holistic learning environment that values every learner’s potential and individuality.

Core Responsibilities:

• Subject Knowledge: Deliver dynamic lessons that cater to both native and non-native Arabic speakers, using innovative teaching methods to enhance language acquisition.
• Curriculum Design and Adaptation: Plan and implement a curriculum that aligns with national standards and incorporates personalized and inquiry-based learning approaches.
• Learning and Teaching: Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that supports learner engagement and curiosity, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Collaboration and Community: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support learners’ holistic development and celebrate Arabic culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Education or related field; a teaching qualification is essential.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience in schools, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering academic and personal growth.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for promoting Arabic language and culture in an inclusive setting.
