We are looking for an applicant who is/has:
· experience of supporting children with a diagnosis of autism
· experience of running interventions under guidance
· experience of supporting children with language needs
· knowledge of strategies and resources children with these needs may benefit from
· experience of supporting children who may have difficulties managing emotions
· good behaviour management and skills to support children to regulate their emotions
· calm and confident, adaptable and flexible
· enthusiastic, positive and creative
· resilient, persistent and willing to get involved
· ability to contribute to a supportive team
