Herringham Primary Academy is part of the Gateway Learning Community [GLC] which is a partnership between one secondary and four primary schools located within Tilbury and Chadwell in the borough of Thurrock to the east of London.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to be phase leader of one year group and to lead SEND and Inclusion provision or Teaching and Learning at Herringham Primary Academy and to work with a team of similar post holders across the GLC. Candidates must be able to demonstrate significant evidence in whole-school transformation leading directly to outstanding outcomes for SEND pupils. They must be able to evidence exceptional leadership as well as exemplary practice as a classroom practitioner.
The successful candidate will be thoroughly committed to community regeneration through education; be professionally generous and be prepared to focus relentlessly on teaching, learning, the curriculum and ethos.
