Assistant Headteacher – Catholic Life and Formation (Teacher of RE)

Are you a devoted and dynamic Catholic leader ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners? Nicholas Breakspear Catholic School is seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher (and teacher of RE) to spearhead Catholic life and Formation and will help develop future transformational leaders.

They must be passionate about supporting Catholic Life and Formation in a dynamic, creative, forward-thinking school. The successful applicant would work as part of a committed, collaborative and friendly Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

 · Nurturing Faith: Inspire and guide students on their spiritual journey, fostering a deep understanding and love for Catholic values and traditions.

· Develop Enrichment programmes to enable our stakeholders the opportunity to enrich their lives. 

· Curriculum Enhancement: Collaborate with faculty to integrate Catholic teachings seamlessly into our vibrant academic programs.

· Pastoral Care: Provide compassionate support to students, promoting their well-being and helping them develop moral character and resilience.

· Community Engagement: Forge strong partnerships with parents, parishes, and local schools to create a close-knit Catholic community.
