We are looking for an Assistant Principal to join our school and become a member of the Senior Leadership team. As an Assistant Principal, you will support the Principal in the day to day management of the school, effectively communicate our vision, and lead by example to provide excellent education for all pupils. Additionally, you will lead on one of our strategic priorities and drive excellence, you will demonstrate and promote the highest standards of teaching & learning and behaviour management.
In your school
Maltings is a 11-16 school based in Witham, Essex. Situated between the cities of Chelmsford and Colchester, the school has 900 students on roll and benefits from a purpose-built building that was constructed in 2011. There are excellent transport links to London which enables our staff and young people to take full advantage of the wealth of opportunities that London provides. Free car parking facilities are available on site.
