Role Summary

We are seeking to appoint a highly effective senior leader to join us as Assistant Principal. The successful candidate will work with the Vice Principal in coordinating a Disruption Free Learning Behaviour Policy ensuring consistent practice for effective behaviour management across the academy.

Produce and ensure the implementation of the Academy’s systems, procedures and policies relating to improving rates of attendance and reducing rates of persistent absence.
