Job overview

We are looking for an Attendance Administration Assistant to join our supportive and talented team at Monkton Wood Academy. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.  

This is a permanent, full time, term time only, plus five inset days per year. 

Actual starting salary is £18,329 per annum (£21,406.00 to £22,574.00 Pro Rata)

The admin team is made up of three individuals. 

What we are looking for: 

To be successful in the post, we are looking for an Attendance Administration Assistant will work alongside relevant academy staff to contribute to raising achievement by improving student attendance. Will accurately maintain the Academy’s legal attendance records within strict deadlines, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Will monitor student attendance and initiate appropriate action as required in line with academy policy. Will promote and support high levels of attendance and a positive attendance and punctuality culture within the Academy.
