Oak Wood School is looking to appoint a dynamic professional to support with improving attendance and punctuality across the school. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, ensuring a warm welcome and excellent customer service to our prospective families.
The ideal candidate will support the attendance officer in improving attendance and punctuality, liaising with parents/carers and track/mentor groups and individual pupils. The ability to work independently is important as is the need to be able to deal with a busy workload and changing priorities. Excellent writing skills and an understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing is essential.
