We are looking for a special individual who will uphold our values and recognises that students thrive in a calm and structured environment. The role will be well supported with a team of senior pastoral and inclusion staff. The ideal candidate will be a strong, authoritative but caring individual that is motivated to ensure all students achieve.
Our Culture of Excellence values underpin everything we do, from strategic planning to lesson delivery and House events! They support academic achievement and personal growth so that students leave us prepared for the next exciting chapter in their lives.
