What You Will Be Doing:
- Work with external agencies, community representatives, employers and stakeholders to identify and secure opportunities for the whole College group including Adult Learning and Apprenticeships, in a pan-Lancashire footprint
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with a strong focus on ethical growth, client satisfaction and maximising full College portfolio opportunities
- Achieve engagement and enrolment targets
- To be actively involved in the recruitment and selection processes for apprentice, including the vacancy matching and interviewing as required
What We Are Looking For:
- 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English, at Grade C/4 or above
- Experience of working in a varied role, including administrative tasks
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Proven Account Management experience, or other relevant experience

About Nelson and Colne College
Nelson and Colne College, located in the town of Nelson, Lancashire, offers further education to 1,600 full-time students and 3,500 part-time adults. The college was founded during the reorganisation of education in Pendle in the early 1970s and created by the merger of several local sixth forms.
Recent investments have included a £2m engineering facility, an all-weather sports pitch and gym, fully equipped science laboratories, and student study and social spaces. In January 2017, Nelson and Colne College launched a university centre to offer a range of higher education programmes in East Lancashire and beyond.
