Class Teacher

Minehead First School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Key Stage 2 Class teacher to join our school, commencing in January 2025. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate practitioner, to join our committed team and make a significant difference to the lives of our children and families.

We are looking for a person who will share the school’s vision, values and journey for sustained improvement. We are also looking for someone who will:

-         Have a thorough knowledge of the primary curriculum and a wide range of teaching strategies

-         Have knowledge and experience of teaching Key Stage 2

-         Have high expectations of pupils to ensure they reach their potential

-         Be creative in their approach to teaching and learning

-         Be committed to collaborative learning and ongoing professional development
