Roseacre Primary Academy is looking to appoint two highly skilled class teachers. The posts will commence on 1st September 2023 and will be fixed term until 31st August 2024. Both posts are fixed term until August 2024, as the roles are to cover sabbatical leave and maternity leave.
Applications from NQTs, RQTs and experienced teachers are welcome.
EYFS experience is preferred but not essential for one of the two posts.
Roseacre is a three form entry Primary Academy and Nursery in South Shore, Blackpool. Roseacre became proud members of the AtC (Achievement through Collaboration) Trust, in December 2018. This has resulted in a significant financial input into resources and has enhanced career pathways.
Roseacre is a larger than average primary school. The school is organised in phases. All three phases are led by a designated Assistant Headteacher. Rated as ‘good’ at our last Ofsted inspection (April 2018), Governors and staff work together to improve outcomes for Roseacre children and strive for “outstanding”. We enjoy an excellent relationship with our supportive parents.
Governors and staff are inordinately proud of Roseacre’s reputation, its standing in the community it serves and the children who attend. Roseacre is a special place for colleagues and children to learn. Governors are looking to appoint a candidate who advocates that children’s learning remains the heartbeat of Roseacre.
