An exciting opportunity has arisen at St Peters' First School, which is part of Beacon Education. Trustees, staff, parents and pupils are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to work in our team on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

The successful applicant will be a positive, hardworking, skilled and ambitious practitioner who wants to make a real difference to children’s lives and is ready and able to take on a role teaching our children and working in harmony with staff, families and other key stakeholders. Our staff are motivated to improve the learning journey for every single pupil in our care. Staff are dedicated to improving the life chances of the children in our community.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated teacher who has the ability to bring learning to life. You will be able to inspire our children to become independent, enthusiastic learners and be a team player who is eager to take on challenges.

We are looking for a Teacher who:

• Can demonstrate successful experience teaching and engaging children’s interest to a high standard.
