We teach in small groups with a dedicated and experienced teaching team, ensuring that each student receives individual attention and care. We create individual learning packages to support our students' needs.

 

Main Duties

  • Clean and maintain all designated areas to a high standard, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including:
  • Vacuuming carpets and floors
  • Mopping and scrubbing hard floors
  • Dusting and wiping surfaces
  • Cleaning toilets, washbasins, and replenishing supplies
  • Emptying bins and safely disposing of waste
  • Spot cleaning as required throughout the day
  • Proactively identify areas requiring attention and address tasks outside of the usual schedule when necessary.
  • Liaise with the Head of School to ensure cleaning schedules accommodate school activities and events.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies, reporting stock shortages or requirements to the appropriate person.
  • Follow Health & Safety regulations, including safe handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with COSHH guidelines.
  • Report any hazards, damages, or maintenance needs to the Site Manager or Supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding school matters and ensure discretion while working around students and staff.
  • Participate in any training provided to enhance skills and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

 

About You

·        Willing to submit an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check (DBS).

·        Complete Child Protection Training. Promote and safeguard the welfare of all children and young person’s they are responsible for, or come into contact with.

·        Previous experience in a cleaning role
