About the role

The school now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced  Cleaner to join our fantastic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in cleaning. We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, hard-working, detail-oriented and has experience either in a school or cleaning offices, homes and other spaces.

Responsibilities will include:

•Being responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of your designated area and for maintaining high and consistent standards.

•Taking initiative to perform cleaning and tidying tasks that are not specifically contained within the rota but require attention as part of maintaining overall high standards.

•Liaising with Operations Manager and School Caretakers and other members of staff as required to ensure the cleaning rota operates smoothly around both school events and outside lets.

•Reporting cleaning supplies requirements and stock levels to the Operations Manager.

•Ensuring Health & Safety, quality, and general procedure compliance.

•Working as part of a team and support other members of the cleaning team to meet standards and school objectives.

•Reporting any Health and Safety issues to the Operations Manager, Teachers, and School Caretakers.
