About Dipont Education

Background

Our college admissions counseling team are a combination of local Chinese staff and educators from around the world. Chinese is an asset, but not a requirement, as all work with students is conducted entirely in English, and our multilingual support staff can aid communication when needed.


About the role

  •  Provide students with a comprehensive study and college application plan,
  • Help students discover themselves and identify their strengths and weaknesses;
  • Assist students with extracurricular activities planning
  •  Mentor students through the task of making college choices, deciding upon an application strategy, and preparing college application materials
  • Organize and implement one-on-one and group college admissions counseling meetings and workshops
  • Give regular feedback on the college application progress to students and parents
  • Coach and prepare students for life abroad


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable US College
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Self-motivated yet able to work as part of a dynamic team
