Are you an energetic and creative person with experience of working with young people aged 11 – 18?

The Trinity Catholic School is excited to be appointing a Cover Supervisor to join our friendly and dynamic team.

As a cover supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that students have a high-quality learning experience when their usual teacher is away from school.

You will manage classroom behaviour to ensure pupils stay on task and facilitate the activities that have been designed by teaching staff to ensure that students complete the work in an effective learning environment.

This is a permanent role working for 33 hours and 45 minutes per week during the term time only. We are happy to consider applications from those looking for part time working hours.

We are part oOur Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, bringing together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.

You will:

  • Supervise the students in KS3, KS4 and occasional KS5, working on pre-set learning activities in the absence of a teacher.
  • Be caring and supportive and committed to achieving excellent results.

  • Promote the well-being of our student’s providing guidance and support and be able to inspire learning and progress.
