Position:  Deputy Headteacher Curriculum and Learning

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the curriculum, particularly Literacy and a good grasp of teaching and learning.

About You:

• Have experience of being in a senior leadership role for at least 2 years
• Are embedded in research-based learning
• Have secure knowledge of the national curriculum and safeguarding requirements
• Be able to coach, mentor and support staff
• Create a welcoming environment
• Have aspirations to be a head teacher
