The Role

As sole Deputy Headteacher you will work closely with the Headteacher to lead on curriculum, teaching and learning and professional development.

You will:

• Lead with Vision: Support the strategic direction of the school, driving continuous improvement in all areas.

• Develop Our Team: Mentor and inspire teachers, promoting professional growth through structured development and collaboration.

• Enhance Learning: Oversee curriculum delivery and foster outstanding teaching and learning practices.

• Champion Inclusivity: Ensure every child, including those with SEND, is supported to achieve their best.

• Strengthen Community: Build relationships within our diverse, multifaith school community.

About You

You are an experienced and inspirational leader who:

• Has a track record of driving academic and personal growth for pupils.

• Understands the importance of curriculum innovation and instructional excellence.

• Values relationships and fosters a culture of respect and kindness.

• Is committed to their own professional growth and that of others.

School tours: by arrangement
