There have been considerable advancements made in Quality of Education at Ellesmere over the last 3 years, and the school is now at a point where it is poised to become truly excellent. Our SLT is collegiate, friendly and above all else, has a shared drive and determination to make our children’s futures better.

We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who is driven, thoughtful, able to take and act on advice, can draw people together behind a common vision and who will conscientiously work to improve things for our children.
