Notre Dame is looking for an inspirational and visionary individual to the post of Deputy Principal.

This is a new post to complement our existing highly successful Senior Leadership Team of Principal, Senior Deputy Principal, Assistant Principals and Director of Finance & Operations. You should have a track record of outstanding success and be committed to providing the highest quality education for all students.

The prime responsibility of the Deputy Principal is to work with the Principal and the other members of the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that the community of Notre Dame Catholic Sixth Form College succeeds and develops in its mission, achieves its strategic aims and objectives, and fulfils its responsibilities. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with a track record of outstanding quality of education.

The person appointed will be a practising Catholic* who is inspirational, passionate and a determined leader with drive, initiative and ambition. We are looking for someone who is committed to excellence in teaching and learning and who will also hold the needs of the students at the centre of their decision making. You will play a leading role in the existing outstanding senior leadership team, complementing their strengths and work collaboratively to improve quality assurance and accountability and pursue the mission of the College.
