About the Role and You
Contract type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Dependent on experience
Start date: April 2025
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering inspiring lessons that encourage students to explore various design principles and technologies.
- Facilitating hands-on learning experiences, including projects and experiments, to enhance students' understanding and application of design concepts.
- Fostering a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels empowered to express their creativity and ideas.
- Integrating technology tools and resources effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design and Technology, or a related field.
- Significant experience teaching up to GCSE and A Level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and innovative approach to curriculum design.
