The Role
Are you passionate about supporting and developing the skills and knowledge of learners across a wide range of subject areas?
We are looking for a full-time permanent member of staff to join our Digital Technology team. You will need to have experience teaching L1 to L5 vocational qualifications in Information Technology, T Levels, Access and Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQ)
You should have a full teaching qualification, relevant teaching experiences and current Continues Professional Development (CPD) updating within the industry/sector.
Within your role you are expected to plan, deliver, assess and quality assure a range of subjects, whilst supporting students through their study programme as their personal tutor through English, math, work experience, industry placement and enrichment. You should be confident in working with parents and other departments to support learners to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement educational curriculum for Level 1 to 3 to vocational qualifications in Information Technology and T Levels.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high standards of quality assurance across various subjects.
- Act as a personal tutor, guiding students through their academic journey, including support in English, Maths, Work placements and enrichment activities.
- Collaborate effectively with parents and other department to maximise student success.
Skills and Experience
- You should have a full teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching vocational IT courses.
- Ongoing engagement with professional activities within the Digital Industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in building relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
