This vacancy has arisen following a restructure of the RNC Learning & Curriculum Directorate and is an opportunity for the right candidate to play a leading role at a national specialist college which has a global reputation for excellence. We are now seeking a Director of Learning Curriculum (Skills for Life) who will ensure high standards in progress and achievement of students within the Skills for Life area and provide inspirational and inclusive leadership to the key delivery areas of Braille, Mobility & Independence, Aspire and Assistive and Digital Technologies (ADT).

To succeed in this role, you will be someone who fosters a culture of respect, who recognises the skills and dedication of all staff, and who has an inclusive approach which provides opportunities for colleagues to contribute to the development of the RNC community. You will have proven track record in curriculum development in the FE sector. They will achieve high standards in all departments by establishing a culture that promotes excellence and equality within a safe environment.
