West Derby School is an 11-18, all boys’ school in Liverpool. The school is oversubscribed with appeals for places, and has 1020 on roll including 100 in the Sixth Form. We have a state of the art building providing a bright and inspirational learning environment with excellent facilities.  We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional, with drive and ambition, to join us as Director of Maths. The successful candidate will have a confident understanding of the curriculum, excellent subject knowledge and proven success as an effective leader.

 You must display initiative and have the energy and skills to inspire colleagues with your passion for your subject and for learning. You will have the skills to build, lead and motivate the team of Maths staff. You will be an effective team member and also have the focus and tenacity to ensure successful outcomes are reached.
