As a British Schools Overseas (BSO) accredited institution, we are officially recognised for delivering the very best in British education.

About Kuwait

Kuwait is much more than the common perception held by those who have never visited. With a population of around 4.25 million—1.5 million locals and almost 3 million expatriates—the city of Kuwait is comparable in size to Birmingham in the UK. Many aspects of life in Kuwait are modern and Westernised, with a wealth of restaurants, cinemas, beach clubs, and impressive shopping malls that could rival those in top European destinations.

Kuwait’s tax-free environment, combined with its wealth and central location, makes it an ideal base for saving money and traveling throughout the Middle East and Far East. The traditional souks, known for gold, fabric, and rugs, are vibrant hubs for bargain hunters.

Kuwait is an extremely safe city, with almost all goods readily available. Summers can be hot, but with a ten-week break, there’s plenty of time to travel or reconnect with family and friends. The cooler months of April-May and October-November are perfect for outdoor activities, while December through March offer mild daytime temperatures, often reaching the low 20s—far more pleasant than UK winters!

With excellent recreational facilities, a lively social scene, a rich cultural heritage, and a strong reputation, Kuwait offers a unique and rewarding experience. Our teachers often stay with us for many years, with some staying for over two decades. No one place is for everyone, but Kuwait could be exactly what you're looking for.
