We are seeking to appoint a Director of Operations to work as part of our Central Executive Team within the trust, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. We seek a highly skilled professional with expertise in IT, HR, and Estates Management, including capital projects, Health and Safety, and GDPR.

 

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be a member of the Central Executive Team, with strategic oversight Trust-wide for IT, Health & Safety, Data Protection, HR and Estates. This post requires a high level of specialist knowledge and expertise in the areas of IT, HR and Estates Management, including capital projects, Health and Safety and GDPR.

 

You will be part of a Central Executive Team based primarily at the Prior Pursglove College site in Guisborough, but this post will involve working across multiple locations within the Trust across the Tees Valley area.


Start Date:                 September/October 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Salary and Benefits Information

Salary:                     SFCA Leadership Range L8 to L10 (£65,257 - £68,426) per annum
