Director of Student Experience – Barnsley Sixth Form College
This is a full-time permanent post
£40,310 per annum
An opportunity has arisen to appoint an innovative, passionate and keen leader to a Director of Student Experience within our new £18m Sixth Form College. It is ideally suited to a candidate with aspiration to progress to senior management within a Sixth Form College or FE institution.
Reporting to the Principal of Sixth Form, you will provide first class leadership that results in an outstanding student experience for our learners. You will have an innovative approach to student support and pastoral care, be able to motivate and influence staff and students, and have the stamina to manage a demanding workload.
