Netherhall Learning Campus Junior School, Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) are looking to appoint dedicated, resourceful, imaginative and creative staff to work with students who have Complex Communication and Interaction (CCI), ASC and ADHD needs.

This is a great opportunity and time to join the team, as we start our new venture, in our new centre. You can grow and develop professionally, long side colleagues, as the ARP begins the opening phase of the journey in providing the very best support, care and guidance for our students as they travel with us through their learning journey.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and creating the new facilities, resources and curriculum whilst supporting students and families along the way.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate good communication and language skills, understand the importance of being part of a team, have a knowledge of the complexities of need highlighted within young people’s Education, Health Care Plan (EHCP) and be resilient and compliant to their statutory and moral obligations as a trusted adult.

The role will involve supporting students, to make good academic and social progress in the ARP and Mainstream lessons, through a clear knowledge and understanding of the student’s personal needs, strategies for learning, intervention and good communication with all stakeholders.
