Your Responsibilities:

• Provide individual developmental support for children
• Observe and document each child's current level of development and learning pathways
• Plan and implement stimulating educational activities and individual incentives
• Organize a child-friendly daily routine

Your Profile:

• Warmth, empathy, motivation, and commitment
• Basic knowledge of both English and German (B2-Level)
• Willingness to learn about and work with digital tools
• Recognized educational qualification in the field of early childhood education
