Examination Invigilators
Casual Agreement
Start Date: January 2018
Chingford Foundation School is seeking to appoint new Exam Invigilators to assist with the running of all internal and public examinations at the school, including GCSE’s and A ‘levels.
The job will involve setting up the exam hall, handing out exam papers, recording attendance of students taking exams, controlling the exam test environment, ensuring all exam guidelines are adhered to, collecting the exam papers in at the end of the exam and securely handing over to the senior exams invigilator or Exam Officer.
We are looking to recruit honest, trustworthy and reliable individuals, who can demonstrate excellent communication skills. You should be able to demonstrate a good standard of written and spoken English.
The post would be ideally suited to applicants who are able to work flexible daytime hours. It is essential that they are available for pre public/mock exam sessions in February & March and between 1st May and Mid July for the statutory summer exam series. Sessions are allocated across the invigilation team subject to availability. Full training will be provided and working hours will be negotiated for each exam period.
Chingford Foundation School is a successful co-educational Academy with Sixth Form, providing an excellent secondary education for pupils.
