Job overview

We are looking to appoint a proactive and highly-skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive and strictly confidential support service to the Headteacher, to ensure smooth running of the Headteacher’s office.


You will be responsible for providing high quality and timely administrative support, maintaining effective management of the Headteachers diary, and act as a point of contact both for individuals and stakeholders within and outside the school.


As a representative for the school, you should be able to demonstrate flexibility, professionalism and diplomacy and enjoy working as part of a team with all members of the school community.


Previous experience working in the education sector is not essential but would be beneficial.
