Job Overview:

EYFS Reception Teacher position involves creating a nurturing and engaging environment aligned with the EYFS framework. Responsibilities include delivering play-based, hands-on lessons, supporting holistic child development, and collaborating with teaching assistants and staff. Teachers will assess and document progress, engage with parents, and participate in community activities. The position offers a unique chance to transition students to the British Curriculum in a multicultural, remote setting.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Teaching & Learning: Foster a safe, engaging, play-based environment aligned with the EYFS framework. Use experiential learning to promote holistic development.

Child Development: Assess individual progress, support diverse needs, and encourage independence and social skills.

Assessment: Maintain accurate progress records and prepare portfolios.

Collaboration: Work with international team, assistants, and peers to enhance learning outcomes.

Parent Engagement: Communicate progress, host workshops, and involve families in activities.

Additional Duties: Uphold KKIS policies, support extracurriculars, and prepare classroom resources.
