​We are looking for an EYFS teacher who can: 

  • ​Be responsible for the learning and achievements, promoting good progress and outcomes for all pupils. 
  • ​Create an engaging and stimulating EYFS provision where pupils can be inspired by the curriculum. 
  • ​Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge all pupils. While creating a positive learning environment for all pupils including a high percentage of EAL. 
  • ​Make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school, supporting the vision and ethos of Gladstone Park 
  • ​Bring a nurturing and inclusive approach to building relationships, with pupils, and the wider school community. 

​We want to hear from you if: 

  • ​If you have excellent up to date EYFS curriculum knowledge  
  • ​Demonstrate a strong understanding of how EYFS pupils learn and are able to adapt teaching to meet their needs. 
  • ​Have a passion for pupils’ educational achievements and understand the importance of effective behaviour management.
