Sir William Stanier are looking for a passionate and inspiring Female Curriculum Leader and Teacher of PE to join our supportive and dedicated team. As this role requires the supervision of female pupils it is an occupational requirement to request female applicants only.
The successful candidate will:
• teach at all levels and to all abilities, seeking to ensure that all pupils make very good progress, enjoy their learning, and become well educated
• contribute more widely to the well-being of our pupils, through being a form tutor, undertaking duties, and being a role model for them for their learning and their conduct
• have an enthusiasm for their subject, which motivates and supports other staff and pupils
• be an enthusiastic and innovative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to achieving high standards within a successful department
• have a clear understanding of the characteristics of high-quality teaching and be able and willing to teach across the whole age and ability range
• quickly build rapport and effective professional relationships with both our young people and colleagues
• understand that behaviour management starts with the quality of teaching
• demonstrate personal resilience and role model those personal qualities we wish to instil in our young people

Salary: Main Pay Scale / Upper Pay Scale plus TLR 2b

The Learning Partnership is a new multi-academy trust that was formed on 1st September 2023 as a merger between The Learning Alliance and The Learning for Life Partnership.
