The Role

We are recruiting a new Finance Business Partner to join the central finance team. The partner will manage all financial processes in the Medway region and assist with finances at the Centre.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, demonstrate a strong interest in the education sector, and pay close attention to detail. They should be a qualified Accountant or finalist with experience in financial budgeting and reporting and the ability to communicate financial information effectively with leaders and colleagues at all levels.

The role offers 29 days’ annual leave, rising by one day a year to a maximum of 31, and membership in the Local Government Pension Scheme, with generous employer contributions of 19%.
