An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager at Undershaw Specialist School in Hindhead. We are looking for someone to manage the finance functions of the school under the direction of the School Business Manager. You will ideally be AAT qualified or studying towards an accountancy qualification and have experience of working in a busy finance department. Pervious school experience would be an advantage. Excellent written and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as good attention to detail and accuracy
Skills required:
• Degree or relevant qualification in accountancy
• Previous experience of working in a busy finance department
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to think creatively and problem solve.
• A great team player with a flexible “can-do” attitude
• Understanding or an interest in Special Needs Education and Disabilities
