We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lower School teacher to join our dynamic team at WAS Changzhou, the only full boarding school in Changzhou offering a high standard of education and facilities. We are looking for a candidate who is committed to delivering a UK-based international curriculum and is enthusiastic about contributing to a holistic learning environment that nurtures both academic success and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons based on the UK curriculum adapted for an international context.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and development for every student.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular links and ensure a cohesive learning experience.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and support school-wide goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a recognized teaching qualification.

• Proven experience teaching a UK-based curriculum, preferably in an international school setting.

• Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and assessment practices to cater to diverse learning needs.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
