We seek to appoint an enthusiastic Front of House and School Administrator. The role is Permanent (Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm, Term Time plus 4 weeks)


Role overview

  • The Front of House and School Administrator plays a crucial role in the smooth day-to-day running of Broomfield House School.
  • As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and external stakeholders, you will ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the school office.
  • You will work closely with the office team, focusing on different areas such as operations, marketing, admissions, and finance, to support the efficient functioning of the school.
  • Alongside handling administrative tasks, you will help organise school events and clubs, maintain pupil records, and manage communication channels.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with parents, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to introduce initiatives to improve efficiency, while being an excellent multitasker.
  • Experience with school administration software (preferably iSAMS) and general Microsoft systems.
  • Ability to work independently whilst being a supportive and proactive team player.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism, particularly when dealing with sensitive pupil information.
  • First Aid certification (or willingness obtain) and knowledge of safeguarding practices.
