Grade 3 Homeroom Teacher (American Curriculum)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction in core subjects (English, Math, Science, and Social Studies) aligned with the American Curriculum standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes active learning and student growth.
• Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of Grade 3 students.
• Assess and track students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including lesson plans, student assessments, and reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and leadership to support student success and school objectives.
• Adhere to KHDA and school policies, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and academic excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Teaching License/Qualification (MOE Teacher's License, B.Ed., or equivalent).
• Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in the UAE, (preferably in Dubai).
• Experience with KHDA inspections and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of the American Curriculum and its implementation in primary education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching and learning practices.
• Availability: Must currently reside in the UAE and be ready to join immediately.
