Cantell School is a highly successful and oversubscribed School in Southampton. In order to further improve life chances and outcomes for all our learners, we are currently looking to recruit a proven leader to expand and oversee our Alternative Curriculum across the school from September 2021.
We require an energetic and well qualified teacher with a real interest in the provision of quality teaching for all students requiring additional support in order to achieve. At Cantell School, we are rightly proud of our ability to meet the needs of all our learners and are looking to further enhance this provision by expanding our Alternative Curriculum. We are looking for an individual with a proactive attitude who can enrich the lives of the learners and staff with whom they work.
As a teacher with a real passion for teaching all students, you will possess the vision and drive for continuing school improvement and raising attainment. The post provides an excellent opportunity to develop your career within an attractive and well-resourced working environment, supported by a talented and dedicated team of staff. The role would include you joining our highly successful Extended Senior Leadership Team and to work both in our existing, on site Alternative Provision, and co-ordinate a wider range of programs to further enhance our curriculum offer and provide an Exceptional Learning Experience to all Learners.
