Due to group expansion, Taaleem requires an experienced Head of Arabic to join Charter Schools in AbuDhabi.

We are seeking an outstanding and dedicated Head of Arabic who is committed to the long-term goals of this project. The role will be based at our Charter School in AbuDhabi.

We are looking to hire a Head of Arabic who believes they can make a difference to their students, who understands that change is a process and who wants to take an active role in sharing their expertise as the team moves towards achieving its shared goals. The projected growth of Taaleem will offer a broad range of exciting opportunities in the coming years. 

You will:        

  • Have a relevant Teaching Qualification / License and experience leading Arabic department 
  • Possess recent successful experience of teaching Arabic to students in Middle/high school.
  • Have experience teaching and leading in an American curriculum school setting
  • Be an outstanding and inspirational senior leader 
  • Have a flexible and enthusiastic approach with a can-do ethos         
  • Be an innovative and reflective practitioner who is keen to learn, adaptable, motivated by challenge, and an excellent and engaging classroom practitioner
