The successful candidate should have a passion and ambition to develop as a teacher and should possess the ability to think outside of the box to ensure students across both KS3 and KS4 are eager to learn, enabling them to raise their aspirations and achieve the best outcomes.

The successful candidate will provide a supportive, stimulating environment and share the high expectations of achievement for all pupils. You must be a reflective practitioner and be committed to strong personal growth and continuing professional development.
